Order / Shipping / Refund

Ordering
We are glad to receiving and take care of your order nice and smoothly. Most of our products are stock in our storage and we will ship package with our best speed.
However,please kindly understand that it may takes couple days to dispatch package due to we have to pack up product carefully.Especially size of bigger product like Buddhist altar itself, house shrine,ceramic products set and whole products set.


About Tax and tariff
  • Japan has NOT levy any tariff,export tax and consumption tax to your order.And we offer our products by free shipping,there is no extra cost will be happen from Japan.
  • However,please kindly take note that package may requires some of taxes & tariff(sort of VAT or GST) in your country laws and custom office/delivery officer will ask you if they needs as duty. Please kindly contact to your local Custom office if you like to know more about tax & tariff.
  • Most of our product`s H.S code are "940360 - Furniture wood crafts for house/office uses". You can check at only tariff from FedEx world tariff as below link.

How we proceed of your order
  1. You will receive our thanks order mail which sent automatically after you purchased.Please kindly check the mail and confirm your order is correct.
  2. We will proceed to gather of your ordered products and pack up package.Please kindly understand we are off in weekend & JP public holiday.
  3. In the case that we need to get products(e.g.few of products for set item,hand-carved statues) to our cooperate company,we will let you know how long does it take.
  4. We will send estimate of shipping mail that shows exact shipping date of your package.Mostly,we send this mail 1 day before we ship.
  5. If there is nothing problem,we will ship package on the day and send you invoice mail which contains tracking code of your package.Trace will be available half day - 1 day past after we shipped.


Shipping company
We are only contract with JP Post and package will be shipped by ePacket or EMS.Any of other shipping service company like DHL JP,FedEx JP are not good enough about customer services, tracking package and insurance if package has damaged during shipping.Please do not concerned this is not critique about their services.Just does not good way to ship our product except JP POST.

Estimate of delivery term
*Please kindly understand delivery term may be delay depends on season,weather,situation of custom gate.
*If you have not receievd package within above term,please let us know.In the case,mostly package is stuck at custom or local post office and we will push package out via JP POST.



Returns / Return shipping fee
Firstly,please do not send us back package without any mention.
  1. Our policy lasts 30 days after you received package. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer(accept) you a refund(cancellation).
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. And please kindly understand that several cases/types of goods are exempt from being returned.
  3. Return by personal reasons,please kindly understand that we obliged you to ask take return shipping fee by yourself.
  4. please let us know and send us details with pictures if you received package with broken/damaged or delivery company lost your package.We will solve the matter and send you message back as soon as we receive the details.

Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days - week.
OR we will send you back by PayPal if you have the account.


Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us and let us know what is the situation with.


Replacement
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to replacement for the same item, please send us an email first.We will send you guidance where/how to send us back the product.
